Yes. When balloons pop the noise, they create breaks the sound barrier. That is why it can be jarring for people not used to the noise.

Yes, the balloons are designed to be made into shapes.

Anyone over the age of 3 years old can have a balloon sculpture. Balloon artists are not able to give children under 3 years old balloons due to choking hazard. At most parties, the host prioritizes kids, however, it time permits or no kids are present adults are totally welcome to get a balloon sculpture.

A balloon artist can create anything. At a party you will see anything from dogs, swords, teddy bears, butterflies, flamingos, flowers, and more.

A balloon artist can create 15-20 multiple balloon sculptures during an event. 30-40 1-2 balloon sculptures.

To book your event, please email or fill in the web form below. For fastest results use our online booking tool. (Please only use this tool to book, please) You may also book by calling Jonah, he will try return your call the same day after 4pm or the next business day after 4PM. Bookings are considered complete after a signed contract has been returned. The contract can be signed digitally, printed then signed and scanned, or physically mailed.

This can vary on many factors and some weekends are more popular than others. Please book as early as possible for best availability. Keep in mind that office hours Monday-Friday are 4PM-7PM barring Jonah does not have an event. Saturday and Sunday hours vary.

Credit card fees are non-refundable.

Birthday Parties: Payments will only be refunded if client cancels more than thirty-six prior to Event. If Client cancels thirty-six hours or less prior to event, or if entertainment services are rendered impossible by Client or Venue Conditions, Client must pay Jonah's Twisters the full amount due. This amount is prepaid credit for an event within twenty-four months of the original event.

Larger Events: Payments will only be refunded if client cancels more than fourteen days prior to Event. This will enable Jonah's Twisters to secure a replacement event. Additionally, if client cancels thirty-six hours or less prior to Event, or if Entertainment Services are rendered impossible by client or venue conditions, client must pay Jonah's Twisters the full amount due. This amount is prepaid credit for an event within twenty-four months of the original event.

There are non-profit rates based on availability. They are not available Saturday-Sunday from June-September.

Yes, we work with many artists and can bring in other artists for events.

Yes, we work with face painters and would gladly have one join the balloon artist. At this time, we do not book face painters without a balloon artist for events shorter than four hours. As the face painters are subcontractors, we require a two-hour minimum for face painters.

At every birthday party, the birthday child can ask Jonah for anything they want. Jonah makes a special balloon based on the package you choose. The "Just a Balloon Artist" package includes a special balloon cake. The other packages include a custom balloon sculpture that Jonah will create after talking about the theme.

Any package can upgrade the special balloon sculpture for a small fee.

Due to the nature of our business, Jonah is unable to hold dates. We advise that you have a plan for foul weather. Otherwise, you can use the credit from the cancelation policy.

For a fee of $235 (events $430 and under) or 50% of your event total (events over $430) you can book another date. That date you will use if you are unable to have the performance on your desired date.

The answer is yes and no. We do not offer a 30 minute appearance, however you are more than welcome to book and pay for a 60 minute session and end it at 30 minutes.

When you received the contract you will be given a link to a web page where you may digitally sign the contract. This webpage can also process payments via credit cards at any time. On site Jonah can take credit cards, cash, check, Venmo and Apple pay.

The contract is due as soon as you have read it and agree to terms. To make sure that performers don't miss out on gigs it is asked that contracts are returned within 5 business days. If you decide you don't want to hire for your event please let us know ASAP so we can book that time.

Travel is included within 50 miles round trip of Natick, MA. The charges are tiered for travel beyond the 50 miles. Miles 51-100 is $2.50 a mile. For miles 101+ it is $3.00 a mile.

Jonah was introduced to balloon art when he was eight years old by a family friend. I wouldn’t turn it into a business until high school (2004). Jonah’s Twisters became an LLC in 2018.

I am an energetic, charismatic special educator and balloon artist. During the week, I teach at ACCEPT Education Collaborative in Natick, MA. Jonah has performed at countless birthday parties, grand openings, and promotions across the greater Boston area. Venues of note include but are not limited to TD Garden, Fenway Park, Auerbach Center, Foxwoods, MGM Springfield, Topsfield Fair, Endicott College, Arsenal Yards Watertown, Faire on the Square Watertown, Emerson College, Framingham State University, High Street Place, A4Cade and more.

Jonah is available on a first-come, first-served basis once he is booked; another highly skilled artist can be sent out. If you would specifically like Jonah for your event, please reach out as soon as possible. Some people reach out to check availability when deciding between many dates others wait until the venue and time are secured. Either is fine. Keep in mind for busier months Jonah can book up to a year in advance. However, most bookings occur three weeks before the event. In some cases, Jonah can accommodate last-minute bookings.
